Emily's Arrival



Emily Marie Fields was born on Monday, Dec 21st at 7:37pm. She was 8lbs, 1oz and 20 1/2 inches.
Labor Story:
Dani's water broke around 3am Monday morning. Fred drove her to the hospital and she was induced around 4am. Grandma Shuck flew into Norfolk in the afternoon and was just in time for the arrival of Emily. The pushing was a little much for her because she fainted in the middle of it.

Dani and Emily had to stay in the hospital for 48hours because of a fever during delivery. We were released at 10pm on Dec 23rd.


Emily had a bath and then spent some time under a warmer. She loved being clean and warm.
